Kinda missing this.

Conflicted: That would be me.
I am in San Diego amidst sunshine and palm trees; meanwhile a billion snowflakes like these are falling unappreciated in Salt Lake.
Sigh.

Can't be in two places at once.

Maybe you could try photographing grains of sand instead . . . you can see some amazing results at this link (I remembered seeing this in a magazine) - http://www.sandgrains.com/sand-grains-gallery.html

That is a conflict. Perhaps someone else has seen the beauty in those flakes and will take up the cause in your absence. In the meantime...enjoy some warmth.

Two different types of beauty...yeah, it's so hard to choose. :)

No, but enjoy the place where you are. Give it your full attention if at all possible. You will find delights to photograph. Are you visiting the family?

Yes, staying with Bernie's dad and visiting with my folks as my Dad is recovering from surgery.

Soon you'll be out snow shoeing again. Don those flip flops and straw hat and go beach combing! I know you are busy doing other things but I hope there's a good long walk on the beach for you, too...

Live in the moment. There may still be snowflakes to photograph in April in SLC! :)

Hello, I popped over from Sara's blog. I think I would prefer the sunshine but snow would be a nice change for me just now. It will be great when teleporting travel is invented. It will be too late for us, I'd say.
