Grin and bear it: Smiling facilitates stress recovery
I have read other articles about how the physical act of smiling give positive results to the brain, and helps create a more happy feeling. I also figured that if a face would muscle train into a smile instead of a frown or scowl (I scowl when I am not thinking about anything in particular...) the happier version of the face would be more welcomed.

Easier to look at, too...
I've had people ask me what's wrong when I've been unaware of my facial expression. Guess it's best to just plant a grin on there and leave it. I feel like such a fool when I do that. Ha!
Some people have naturally smiling mouths and I wish I were one of them! Mine turns down naturally and I look stern and somber when my face is at rest. Inside I feel quite happy and smiley most of the time.
