Watching

Some times we watch birds on the feeders outside.

Some times the birds on the feeders watch us....

Some times cats watch birds on the feeders...

Other times we watch cats on the fountain.

(Some cats just prefer a more elaborate water source than a sloppy water dish on the floor).

This drink went on and on and on...

Some times Jill goes more than window shopping, and comes home with new clothes to model for whomever is near by.

Tate did not find new clothes nearly as interesting as birds on feeders, or neighborhood cats drinking on our fountain.

He did however like the bag that the clothes came in.
It was just the perfect place for taking a nap, and getting some shut eye after a long full day of staring at stuff.
Or as we like to say:

Staring is caring.

Our cats seem to care so much about so many things!

Staring is Caring...must remind myself of that one when I notice the glassy-eyed look.

Christopher Banks! They were having some great sales.

You're right, cats prefer a well aerated water supply...fresh, fresh, fresh. I'd like to give my kitty a little fountain for Christmas. I'm sure that she'd do a better job of drinking water that way.

What a cute post, Jill. This made me laugh...and made me feel a bit wistful. I think Doc is weakening a bit...we may find a furball living in our home sooner than we expected...but don't hold your breath. ;)

Well you certainly have lots to watch at your place!

Mila adores bags! Sarah sometimes puts her in one and hangs it from the doorknob - and lest you think that's abusive you should hear Mila purr :)

Fun post! Isn't it amazing how our furry family members love to crawl into a tight spot to sleep? Most cats love to drink running water by instinct. My daughter's cats wait by the bathroom sink so we'll will open the faucet for them to take a drink!
