Whew, we just got back from SLC about an hour ago. Once again, I'm going to do a catch up journal, briefly, starting with the first day and blogging each day retrospectively.We flew to Salt Lake City on Friday September 8th. Half way to the airport I realized I had forgotten my cell phone, which made me glum until I realized I had traveled in Scotland for a week without a cell phone and was none the worse for that. How quickly I had come to believe I needed all my electronic goodies!
Son Jeff picked us up and graciously made a delicious lunch, while chatting with his girlfriend Erika on HIS cell.
We were only at the apartment briefly before we headed out for a golfing adventure.
