Ours is about 20' tall now, and blocks the view of our backyard neighbours quite nicely! Are the winters too harsh for cedar there? It is a very good option if it would work. I loved the hardwood floors and the kitchen counters! Miles of counters! I am sure your final choice will be filled with options for you to play with!
