Love it there, we go especially in the winter so we can snowmobile at Cedar Breaks. Beautiful state! Oh I am your newest follower so I will be back often. I'm not sure why, but Ansel Adams had a lot to do with that decision. It is a real joy to visit here and see what you have captured with your camera. The black and white photography portrays the winter season in a way the color photos can't. I think you should teach photography classes. I like the way you mist the flowers before photographing them.

Your new blog look is beautiful!Just a little something from Judyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07436711032386582707noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29053672.post-16800123516394110612011-03-21T15:52:44.531-06:002011-03-21T15:52:44.531-06:00All the great photographers worked in black and wh...All the great photographers worked in black and white. It's not as easy as many think and your photos are wonderful...very crisp and clear. I found bokeh a "hit and miss" technique..especially because my middle age + eyes see everything a bit blurry..lol

PS: The orchids did smell wonderful..some more than others. Thankfully the greenhouse was well ventilated so it never became too overpowering.Pat @ Mille Fiori Favoritihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08922525910685129822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29053672.post-74982001407841618932011-03-20T09:57:47.900-06:002011-03-20T09:57:47.900-06:00Snow scenes do make fantastic natural black and wh...Snow scenes do make fantastic natural black and whites but I'm like you. .itching for some real color. I really like the photo of the sun...that gives a great impression of a cold, wintry sun.

I learned all about the term "bokeh" during the Christmas holidays and spent many photo-shoots trying to capture it in Christmas lighting to no avail. I'm not giving up!

I've never seen a natural snow roll before...that is so neat! :)Vickihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02109955196210083177noreply@blogger.com
